Can I get a refund for my booking cancellations?
We are sorry, there is no refund allowed once tour is purchased. But you can reroute the tour to other date in 6 months validity. Please do keep your payment receipt and order number for the booking made for the reroute process.
Can I amend my booking?
No changes can be made once the booking is purchased. However, you may notify us regarding your amendments subject to company approval.
Is the price the same for Malaysian MYKAD holders and Non-Malaysian Passport holders?
Price differs for Malaysian MYKAD holders and NON-Malaysian Passport holders as stated in certain activities. You may refer to the product page for more info.
How to check my booking details & status?
You can view all your booking details in your account. Our team will notify you of the voucher details for your redemption approximately 24 hours before we place your bookings securely to avoid any inconvenience caused.
Are the voucher details the same for all the activities?
All vouchers have different admission terms and conditions subject to the activity purchased. The management of the respective theme park, tour, and transport operator has full rights to modify the voucher terms and conditions. The latest updates will be notified on all activities pages or you can view the updates on the theme park’s official pages.
